Rewritten Places, paintings by Linnie Brown
Linnie's work explores the constant change in the suburban landscape where she lives. "My work visualizes this occupation of space over time by exploring the properties of accumulation, change, movement, and uniformity. Evoking a sense of continual transition and disorientation, this work references how it feels to navigate these changing spaces. It also questions current development patterns that construct cities but simultaneously erode communities."
