Join us for Cyanotypes! Copy of Cyanotype6 Ricey

This project will be based on the idea of psycho-geography- how we impact our surroundings, and in turn how our surroundings affect us. Participants may bring images, objects, and found materials that in some way reference their personal space and geography. We will transfer these shapes and images on to clear sheets of mylar using sharpie pens and a variety of other means to create drawings and then expose these drawings on the chemically treated cyanotype paper to the sun or a powerful light source. Once the cyanotypes are rinsed and dry, they will be ready to display.
